Ahi Tuna Tower

Lightly seared and stacked high Ahi Tuna topped with a wasabi Aioli.


Smoked Stone Crab Dip   (Seasonal)        

Smoked stone crab with cream cheese  and parmesan cheese served with garlic crostini.

Our offering of the local favourite sserved with Bahamian remoulade.

Succulent chicken wings dressed in a guava BBQ sauce while grilled “oh so right” Substitute Tenders - $3

Romaine, shaved parmesan, caramelized bacon, croutons, tossed in our house spicy Caesar dressing.

The Inn Salad

Grilled romaine half rubbed with olive oil, lightly salted, blistered cherry tomato, red onion, toasted almonds, feta cheese, with mango vinaigrette.


Lobster Bisque

Lobster flavoured tomato base soup with lobster chunks.

Elbow Cay Tacos

Two Tortillas 6" grilled with local fresh catch or shrimp, fried, blackened, grilled, coconut fried. Topped with  spicy slaw, avocado and drizzled with homemade lime aioli.


Chicken Quesadilla

Grilled chicken, cheddar cheese, onions & peppers. Drizzled with with sour cream guacamole and salsa.

Substitute shrimp, lobster or fresh catch-  add $10.


Lighthouse Burger

Half pound beef burger cooked to your liking with L.T.O. on homemade bun with fries add cheese.

$1 Cheese options are: Blu, Swiss, American, or Cheddar.


Buffalo Ranch & Bacon Chicken Burger

6oz fried chicken breast on a Bahamian bun topped with a ranch coleslaw.


Catch of the day on Ciabatta

6.oz fish filet (you can get it grilled, blackened, fried or coconut fried). 

A top a ciabatta with lettuce, tomato and onions served with tartar sauce.



Local Catch Picatta Linguine

Pan seared local catch on bed of linguine and paired with our picatta sauce.


Seafood Pasta A La Vodka

Sautéed fresh catch, shrimp and lobster served over linguini in a creamy rosé sauce.


Lighthouse Alfredo

Creamy garlic alfredo sauce, broccoli florets, diced sweet carrots, fettuccine and shaved parmesan cheese.

Sesame Chicken Stir Fry

Tender chicken, bell peppers, onions, carrots, ginger, stir fried and served with jasmine rice.

Prime fillet cooked to your liking in a red wine reduction served with roasted rosemary potatoes and grilled asparagus


Long Island Rack of Lamb

Served with a mint sauce and grilled to your liking with mashed potatoes and vegetable medley.


Stuffed Chicken Breast

Spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, served with coconut fried potatoes and vegetable medley.


Crunchy Parmesan Lobster Tail

Succulent Bahamian spiny lobster tail, flash fried or grilled & topped  with parmesan cheese then baked until golden, served with vegetable medley and mashed potatoes.

Fresh catch Filet, coconut fried  topped with a Pina Colada sauce, with jasmine rice and vegetable medley .


Tuna Tattaki

Ahi tuna steak dipped in sesame oil & seed and seared with Jasmin rice & wasabi mayo, pickled ginger and vegetable medley .


Summer's End

Shrimp sauteed in honey, butter, tossed with  pineapple,  bell peppers served with vegetable medley and jasmine rice.


Prices inclusive of 10% V.A.T Tax. For parties of 1-5 people,  gratuity is not included. 

Parties of 6 or more, 18% gratuity will be added.
