The Dragon Fruit Salad
Native watermelon, blistered cherry tomato, mango on top of romaine lettuce served with an avocado cilantro lime dressing.
The Inn Salad
Grilled romaine rough chopped, blistered cherry tomato, crunchy red onions, toasted almonds, Feta crumbles, served with a mango vinaigrette.
Tossed Spicy Caesar
Roughly chopped romaine, shaved parmesan cheese, croutons tossed in our house spicy Caesar dressing. Topped with caramelized bacon.
The Cherokee Salad
Cherry tomato, mango cubes, feta cheese on top of romaine lettuce served with cucumber ranch dressing or a citrus dressing.

6oz fried chicken breast on a Bahamian bun topped with a ranch coleslaw.
Traditional cracked conch lightly fried served on a Bahamian bun with lettuce, tomato, and onions served with tartar sauce.
A half pound of fresh ground angus beef grilled to your liking. Served on a homemade bun.

Catch of the day on Ciabatta
6.oz fish filet (you can get it grilled, blackened, fried or coconut fried).
A top a ciabatta with lettuce, tomato and onions served with tartar sauce.

Homemade bread buttered and grilled, flipped and buttered again with a slice of smoked gouda, fried lobster chunks grilled golden brown.
The Triple Decker
Our club sandwich served with ham or chicken, bacon, juicy tomatoes, crisp lettuce and fresh bread.

Six pieces of lightly battered local catch served with tartar sauce.
Elbow Cay Tacos
Two 6’ flour tortillas grilled, with pickled slaw, slices of avocado, tender sliver of local fresh catch lightly battered and fried. Drizzled with our homemade lime aioli.
Substitute with shrimp.
Prices inclusive of 10% V.A.T Tax. For parties of 1-5 people, gratuity is not included.
